The services in Springfield are provided by three councils! Springfield Parish Council, Chelmsford Borough Council and Essex County Council.  Contacts and details of some of their services are detailed below.

Springfield Parish Council Council bin

The parish council is involved in leisure, the  environment and planning. They also run the  community centres in St Augustine's Way and Chelmer Village, which are used by a lot of the local clubs and societies.

Springfield.
